Exchange Policy
At Naariva, we strive to present our products as accurately as possible so that you can make informed decisions. Every order goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.
However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with exchanges.
Exchange Eligibility
Exchanges are available only for domestic orders.
Items must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- With original tags and packaging intact
Exchange is also applicable in case of size/fit issues. ✅
We provide detailed product descriptions including colour, fabric, and fit. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings.
Exchange requests will not be accepted for minor colour differences or fabric expectations.
Exchange Process
- You must raise an exchange request within 72 hours of delivery
- Exchange processing fee: ₹100 per item
- Size/fit exchange is allowed (subject to availability)
- For damaged or incorrect products, contact us within 72 hours with proper proof
- Opening video is mandatory for dispute claims
- Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, you will need to self-ship the product
- Reverse pickup depends on service availability in your area
- Once received and approved after quality check, replacement will be dispatched within 24–48 working hours
Important
- Only one exchange per order is allowed
- Exchange items cannot be exchanged again
- Exchange is valid only for same or higher value products

Self-Shipping for Exchanges
If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, please courier your product to:
Ensure:
- Proper packaging to avoid damage
- Order ID & registered mobile number mentioned clearly
- Product is unused with original tags intact
We recommend using Speed Post for reliable delivery.
Cancellation Policy
- COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
- Prepaid orders are not eligible for cancellation
To request cancellation, contact us via email or phone.
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspicious or fraudulent transactions
Refund Policy
Naariva does not offer returns or refunds once the product is sold and delivered.
Only size/fit exchange is available as per our exchange policy. ✅
